Hamstringsskador

L-protocol

[Swedish] Nu har vi lagt upp världskända Carl Asklings forskningsbaserade rehabiliteringsprogram för hamstringsskador, det s.k. L-protokollet. 

Forskning har visat att excentriska förlängningsövningar är effektiva vid rehabilitering av akuta hamstringsskador hos sprinters, hoppare samt elitfotbollsspelare. Programmet gäller för såväl stretch som sprint skador.
